Maintenance Services

We are happy you chose us to service your property. Before anything we have a small policy we like to keep so that we can ensure quality services to everyone. Not all Properties qualify for skipping (feel free to ask if your property can). Skipping services is not recommended because it gets harder to manage property. If needed to skip a service there would be a $10-$30 fee added to next service since there would be more work. - Moving dates for services is something we can’t do since there is different areas we cover - Payments must be made after services, if not made before upcoming maintenance property will not be able to be service. Maintenance covers upkeep on property keep in mind any addition work will be subject to up charge due to the reason that it either takes more time to complete or it requires different tools examples ( shrub takedowns, work requiring ladders and more). You can always contact us for questions. Any specifications on work must be addressed week prior visit to ensure its taken care of. Overall this allows us to ensure quality work. Thank you bio Scape is not responsible for any plants that die off due to weather or watering. Bio Scape is only responsible to let customer know with a 24 hour in advance if any changes to service will be done. If looking to cancel service it must be canceled 24 hours before service or it would be charged in full.
